has anyone ever had a plastic bag put over there head because of banging there head or spitting or trying to harm myself. I did it was horrible. I never want to go through that again. They did it to me cause i tried to bite into a plug chord at the hospital

no i havent .. sorry that happened to you. is there anything else about that experience you would like to get off your chest. even when we arent here listening, many many guests are.
I often have flash backs of things in the hospital i get extremely agitated really quickly when im in there and i get out of control. I dont take my meds in mental hospitals cause i feel like it would be rewarding people for locking me up. Its weird logic but its just how i feel. I remember being in the mental hospital and i read some writing written on the wall and i often go by what it said im not crazy this place makes me crazy. But i get scared of going back even if i need to go back im fearful because based on stress the voices i hear in my head they start talking and they freak me out. So at one point i get freaked out when im in there and try to leave but im not allowed so my psychosis gets worse and i do stupid stuff like biting on electric chords

thank you for sharing.. hospitals are traumatic enough without voices
