They started her out on Lexapro and .25 mg of Xanax 3 times a day (wirthless). This noy made her suicidal is made her want to kill me in my sleep :0 It also killed her sex drive.

The Lexapro also made her gain weight like you would not believe. So he put her on Welbutrin XL 300mg in the morning. And he upped her Xanax to .25 4 times aday, like that will help.

Now she is experiencing a massive amount of anger. She wants to beat the hell out of every person she comes across. She picks fights with me and she is very short-fused with the kids (not like her at all).

We do not know where to go from here?!??!?!

HELP!

I found Xanax to be helpful but seemed to add to my depressed mood. It is great for anxiety and the side effect is tiredness. For me, a little klonopin at night (1/2 milligram) seems to keep the anxiety down. I also take abilify (10 mg.). During the day, I take Wellbutrin which seems to do the trick of keeping me up enough so that I can self talk myself into living life. I continue to suffer but after trying all of these meds that have extreme side effects such as weight gain and sluggishness - I've decided to stick with what I have and work out the rest in talk therapy.
